How does this system work?
The online training system is simple and effective to use for not only the individual, but the company. 

You can easily select the courses you wish to purchase and then select the quantity of each course, which corresponds to the number of views you will recieve for that course. After checkout, you will have immediate access to the courses and can begin watching them. 

Each time you begin a course and start the video, you will be charged for one view. If you complete the video and take the test, that still only counts as one view. 

You can always log back into your account to print off certificates for courses you completed, without ANY extra charge! If you would like further analytics or want to setup a group to place your employees in, please contact us 

The more views you purchase, the LOWER your pay per view cost is! We offer you full access to our library of hundreds of videos, NO COST for extra videos, just select the number of views you want and if you buy in bulk, you can save over 75%!

How does someone train online?
You can easily train online quickly and effectively today! All you need to do is:
1) Register and Create an account 
2) Select the courses you would like to train and select the quantity (views) for each one 
3) Go through our simple checkout to complete the purchase 
4) Log back in and you will be able to see all your available courses (Or click "Begin Training" on the top menu, a link you will see after registering) 
5) Select "START COURSE" for the course you want to start training with 
6) Watch the video and then be auto-forwarded to the test 
7) Complete the test and print your certificate!

What is considered a "VIEW" ?
A view is when you load a video and watch more than about two minutes of it, that's when a view is tracked and deducted. IMPORTANT: If you close the window after the two minute mark or logout while watching the video, it will still deduct the view. Once your purchased views are used up, you can no longer view any of the courses until more are purchased.

How can I see the results or analytics?
If you are a normal user, you can see all your previous results by selecting "My Test Results" icon at the top of the screen. From there, you will be able to see your attempts, courses passed or failed and be able to re-print any certificates you need. 
If you are a group user, you can see your own results by selecting "My Test Results" you can see all the users results assigned to your group by selecting "My Group Results" or by selecting "Export Data" and exporting the data to a spreadsheet file.

Can I purchase views and spread them across several users?
Yes! Once you purchase the views you wish, please contact us and we can either assign other users to your group so they have access to your courses as well or provide them with your group ID number and when they register, they are automatically inserted into your group. The individual purchasing the views will then be assigned as a Manager of that group. For more help on how Groups can be created or organized, please view that page.

Do you offer a branded solution for larger companies?
Yes! Depending on the number of views you would like, we can even waive the setup fees! If you plan to do over 10,000 views a year in volume, we recommend creating your own custom system. Furthermore, signup for a monthly minimum number of views to get even further reductions in pricing. Please Contact Us for more information.

Can I have someone train me on the phone?
Yes, we do offer online and phone training for either the individual or a group manager if desired. Depending on the volume of views or seats purchased, we do include this training for free. Please contact us for details!
