Online Training can become very complicated with the variety of features and needs of each company. We make it easy by providing several flexible options and are always willing to provide custom built solutions. Please contact us for more details!
Individual Customer
- The individual customer browses the courses or packages, selecting the ones you wish to purchase and then proceeds to checkout. When you are selecting each course, you select the number of views you wish to purchase (usually correlated to the number of attempts). Once the order is validated, you are provided access to the course material. Then you can start any of the courses you have selected, watch the material and take the exam. After completing the exam, you can print your completion certificate. You can always revisit your account to reprint your certificate and see all of your results under "My Test Results" tab. Re-ordering more views or additional courses is easy from within the LMS member's area.
Company Customer
- If you are company wishing to utilize our LMS, you can follow the same steps as above or select one of our industry packages. Once you have selected the courses and the number of views, proceed to checkout and in the customer notes, provide any information if you wish us to contact you on building a custom group.
You have the option of providing your username and password to other employees or they can self-register on LearnSafetyOnline.com and enter a custom Group ID you have been assigned. This will automatically place them into your group.
You will be assigned a manager of that group and can see all users who are assigned to you, along with their progress from viewing the "My Group Results" tab. If you prefer, you can export the results via an excel spreadsheet for any user, group or date range you prefer.
Corporation Customer
- If you are a corporation that will have 25+ employees and more than one division, this is a great option! We can assign one supervisor to have analytics and access to several groups (or "divisions") or the entire company. You can assign different courses to different groups (Janitorial courses to the Custodian Group or Office Environment courses to the Secretarial group).
You can also assign specific managers over each individual group, so they can keep track of their employees progress individually, without seeing other groups or divisions results.
We recommend filling out a Custom Order Form as we can better suit your needs with a phone call and have a deeper understanding of exactly what you need.
Branded Solutions
- We do offer branded solutions, where we create your own website, branded design with your logo, along with the courses and groups you designate. This is an excellent option for companies with a large amount of employees, those who wish to resell our courses or ones who need even further control of their data.
We do require you fill out a Custom Order Form for this solution. It does incur a monthly maintenance fee, per view rate and setup fee.
